The Crouch Team is a locally owned and family-operated real estate team, founded by Christy Crouch, who has been in the industry since 1991. Since establishing The Crouch Team in 2000, Christy has grown the team and trained over 20 Realtors from the ground up. Since 1995, she has consistently closed hundreds of homes annually, a track record she proudly continues today with her family by her side.
In 2013, Christy’s husband joined the team, bringing his expertise to manage all aspects of the business alongside her. Her son joined in 2016, working with home buyers and sellers to find the perfect home and assist sellers in setting the right price to maximize sale value. In 2018, Christy's daughter-in-law came on board as the closing manager and a buyer’s agent, and in 2023, her daughter Jordin joined as well, working with buyers and sellers alongside her brother Seth.
The Crouch Team is proud to be affiliated with the world’s number one real estate company, RE/MAX, delivering unmatched results and expertise. They operate from their team office in Salem, Virginia, serving the Roanoke market, surrounding areas, New River Valley, and Smith Mountain Lake.
